How to Request
Refunds can be requested in the support area of the members profile. Please compelte the form and click send. We would appreciate your reason for returning the product, or any way we improve the product.
The following are exemption from refund
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Subscription services where the same credit card and/or email has been used to subscribe and cancel within the previous 12 months.
In that instance the subscription may be cancelled and no further deductions will be made. If a minimum term apples, the balance
will be charged to you.
After your request is processed and if it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and the value of the item will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This process will be complete within 7 to 10 days. Occasionaly it may take longer.
